Property Rules
Complying with these Property Rules at Transformation Acres LLC is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to adhere to the below Property Rules may result in penalties. All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all Property Rules and any other instructions from the hosts during their stay. Guests must notify hosts of any disputes or damages as soon as reasonably practicable.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during night-time hours (9:00 PM – 9:00 AM), and upon arrival and departure; Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Vacation Rental Agreement, eviction, and loss of rental paid.
Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 Visitors during their stay between 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.
Pets are allowed but must be on a leash at all times.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere near the cottage or on the concrete. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping and any other form of tobacco or nicotine products. We have implemented this policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all Guests and to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of the property. If you need to smoke, please do so in a designated smoking area away from the building and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
COTTAGE RULES
NO PETS
We do not allow pets for the comfort and safety of all guests. We
understand that pets are an important part of many families, but we have
implemented this policy to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the cottage for all guests.
NO SMOKING

We have implemented this policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and to maintain the cleanliness and freshness of the property. If you need to smoke, please do so in a designated smoking area away from the building and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
NO PARTIES
We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the number of guests registered for the reservation. This includes, but is not limited to, birthday parties, bachelor / bachelorette parties, and any other events that may cause disturbance to the neighbors or damage to the property. We want to ensure that all guests have a peaceful and enjoyable stay at our property. Please respect the property and the surrounding community by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during night-time hours.
REPORT ANY DAMAGES
We take the condition of the property very seriously and expect all
guests to treat it with care and respect. If you notice any damages or
issues during your stay, please report them to us immediately so that we
can address them as soon as possible. The longer you wait, the more
difficult it may be to resolve the issue. You can report damages by
contacting us by phone/text. Please have all relevant information and
photos ready to assist us in resolving the issue.
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property during their stay. If the damages are significant or require repairs, guests will pay for the cost of repairs. Our cottage is covered by insurance, and we will make a claim if necessary. However, guests will be required to pay for the damages if they are deemed to be the result of negligence or misuse.
